Some of my favorites you already know - Annie Dillard and Georgia O&#039;Keefe.  I &quot;met&quot; Robert Lowell through Flannery O&#039;Connor, and have cherished his work.

I disagree with some here and am surprised by others - rich fare, and some especially interesting words about the relationship between photography and writing.
